Abigail Degler

Meteorologist

Abigail is originally from southern Illinois, growing up in a small town east of St. Louis, Missouri. Being an April baby, storms have followed Abigail, leading to her down the path to becoming a Meteorologist and helping to feed her passion for severe weather.

Thunderstorms are her favorite type of weather. One tradition Abigail has brought with her to the Tennessee Valley is watching storms with her favorite spotter, Clyde, her dog.

Abigail attended Eastern Illinois University where she obtained a B.A and B.S focusing on Broadcast Meteorology.

Her hobbies include trying out new recipes, watching any and all movies as well as going on road trips with her husband, Joseph, and her dog Clyde.
